My name is Erin. I am a amateur baker, practicing attorney and mom. My journey with baking started when I took my first Wilton class at the age of 15. From an initial interest to make beautiful cakes, I have since explored the magical chemistry of making cakes and other treats that are unique and tasty.
Law of Torts is an idea I have had for many many years. On this site I will post some of my favorite (successful) experiments, share photos, and my over all love of creating beautiful treats. I hope you enjoy!
